INDUSTRIAL HEATING, VENTILATING AND COOLING SOLUTIONS

WE UNDERSTAND THE CHALLENGES OF INDUSTRIAL HVAC SYSTEMS & APPLICATIONS

Industrial facilities have a strong need for ventilation and exhaust replenishment systems to replace existing building air with clean, fresh air. A make-up air unit is designed to “make up” air in your interior industrial space when you have exhausted all that is available or the air-quality is poor. This type of industrial ventilation system pulls in fresh, tempered air from outside your factory to replace existing air that cannot be recirculated. Cambridge Air Solutions's industrial ventilation systems like make-up air is especially beneficial in buildings where environmental conditions warrant a greater need for ventilation not only to improve the quality of air within the building, but protect the health of those inside.

Leading facility owners and operators are building (and retrofitting) their facilities into models of efficiency and sustainability. Industrial facilities are investments in efficient technologies that span all facility systems including lighting, facility envelope, and HVAC. While most facility owners still pursue single technology improvements, market leaders bundle together energy saving technologies in a more comprehensive approach to get deeper savings and greater lifecycle value from their industrial HVAC systems.

HEATING & VENTILATION SYSTEMS FOR INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS

Unlike warehouses and distribution facilities, industrial buildings cannot achieve their unique HVAC needs with only our S-Series direct-fired space heaters which utilize energy efficient HTHV technology. Moreover, these facilities often need industrial ventilation and exhaust replenishment systems to remove excess contaminants and other pollutants from the air. Industrial facilities require a larger number of make-up air units such as our Cambridge M-Series products. Our M-Series line of MAUs are part of our industrial ventilation systems that provide the necessary exhaust replenishment, additional ventilation or tempered air cooling requirements that industrial facilities may need to meet IAQ compliance standard or employee comfort requirements.

Additionally, our S-Series and SA-Series lines of HTHV products are highly efficient and range in BTU capacity from 250,000 to 3,200,000. These heating solutions use 100% outside air which provides the ability to meet required ventilation needs of ASRAE 62.1 during occupied hours or straight ventilation during the non-heating seasons.

INDUSTRIAL EVAPORATIVE COOLING SYSTEMS

Our new indsutrial evaporative cooling systems - the ESC-Series and E-Series - enable industrial buildings to garner greater benefits without negatively impacting the environment outside. Industrial building owners are becoming more sustainable by adopting energy and cost-efficient practices to mitigate risks of environmental pollution.

Traditionally, air conditioners have not proven to be good solutions for cooling industrial facilities, as both capital and operating costs are often limiting. Moreover, this is especially accurate in industrial facilities that consist of large open spaces with high ceiling.

The E-Series is a direct evaporative only cooling unit with 10 different models that range from 10,000 CFM to 80,000 CFM. The new semi-custom ESC-Series will utilize indirect, direct or two stage evaporative cooling with options to add Energy Recovery, Gas Heating, Hot Water Heating, or DC cooling. We offer 14 different models that range from 2,450 CFM to 58,800 CFM. Both lines are available as a roof top or a pad mount installation, and have several filter options, discharge options, voltage options, Mixing Box options as well as many other options to meet customers’ needs.
